Description:
The individual will be working with the Equity team to trace workflows and data anomalies through comprehensive analysis and provide remediation, to deliver information delivery solutions and to enhance existing Oracle implementations for the Equity Investments business. Senior Systems Analyst - BI/Ad Hoc Reporting
Applicant must meet have all required skills.
Individual will be responsible for developing requirements and testing criteria for a new data mart and for creating and testing reports based on that data mart.
The initial focus of the data mart is Institutional Investment Management data including Fixed Income, Equity and Asset Allocation specific data. The individual will work with business users and others to develop requirements and functional source to target data mapping for the new data mart. Responsibilities also include design and execution of data test plans.
Additionally the individual will work on the requirements, design and implementation of reports within the Oracle BI platform including the Oracle Answers, Publisher and other modules to support the reporting workflow. The individual must have experience with BI reporting and understand terms such as Fact, Dimension, Star Schema, Ragged Hierarchy and Inner and Outer Joins.
The individual will optimally have a deep understanding of Investment Markets and related data. Preference will be given to individuals who understand complex investment relationships, Fixed Income, Equity, and related Derivative instruments and how to report on them. Ideally the individual would understand and be able to define terms such as Effective Duration, Convexity, Yield, Turnover, P/E Ratios, Beta and others. Job description:
The Receptionist/Office Administrator is responsible for overall front desk/lobby-related activities including the reception area, phone, mail, facilities maintenance, supply and break room stocking, as well as, some additional office needs as assigned. Ideally, we are looking for a highly-dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and seeks the long-term growth opportunity that comes with working in a small company and learning new "tricks of the trade'" outside the normal job scope. In addition to the normal day-to-day responsibilities, this individual will provide general support to the Human Resources department, as needed, and should possess both a professional aptitude & attitude and be comfortable maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage front office area to ensure effective communications with visitors, customers and vendors; ensure all individuals are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
Distribute mail, faxes and packages.
Check main voicemail and appropriately route messages.
Stock and maintain employee break rooms.
Provide general administrative support including conference room scheduling and assistance with Fed Ex/UPS shipments.
Order and maintain general office supplies.
Coordinate facility management, assist with office alteration plans, equipment needs, office layout, telephones, medicine cabinet, etc.
Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment including copiers and fax machine.
Maintain receptionist binder with all current front desk procedures.
Maintain company phone directory.
Water front office and executive area plants.
Human Resources administrative functions include, but not limited to: Recruiting efforts (requisition report tracking, maintaining job postings, resume distribution, coordinating interviews, etc.), distributing correspondences to employees, special event planning, and more additional duties as assigned.

Proficiencies: Must demonstrate proficiencies in the following, unless otherwise noted:
PC/Windows XP environment utilizing MS-Office (particularly Word and Outlook). Knowledgeable in Excel, a must. Familiarity with PowerPoint, a plus.
Various software programs and general office equipment.
Typing speed 50+ WPM.
Working knowledge of mail processes, i.e. postage machine, Federal Express and UPS.
Miscellaneous: Ideally, the right candidate will possess the following traits, work ethics, and additional experiences:
Ability to independently prioritize daily work against job related goals using excellent time management skills.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

The BDE/Sales Exc. develop key relationships with IT hiring managers/Directors/VPs in Fortune 1000 companies, State and Local agencies, to learn more about their IT initiatives and promote V.L.S Systems Inc. Products, Staff Augmentation & Project solutions for their critical projects.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience selling successfully IT Staff Augmentation or IT Solutions/ IT Software Products.
- Must have a minimum of 2-5 years of prior experience working with a major IT Staff Augmentation company or a Solutions Company and/or Consulting Company and/or Software Companies Professional services division.
- Must have prior experience with presentation of IT Service capabilities to IT Managers/Directors/VPs at the Fortune 1000 client companies.
- Must have a proven track record of capturing, retaining clients.
- Must be able to meet a quota of $1-2 Million Dollars per Year.

Responsibilities:
-Work off of a target list of companies that are in VLS database and to develop new Client business. Generate new leads by making cold calls and other means.
- Generate IT Staffing, Solutions sales leads and place IT professionals and procure IT projects (both on-site, off-shore) or should be able to see IT Software products.
-Identify key decision makers with in companies to establish professional relations and win business.
- Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.
- Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding client IT Staff Augmentation requirements or Project needs and provide solutions based on the client needs.
- Documenting the processes, requirements and respond to client RFP, RFI, RFQs
- Closes sales by building rapport with potential clients key contacts hiring managers; explaining service capabilities, preparing contracts.
-Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.
- Service clients by recommending our available candidates/consultants for their current needs or Solutions or products.
- Able to forecast Monthly Sales Goals, build a great pipeline and measure Business results.
- Attend networking events to build clientele relations.
- Negotiate bill rates and salaries with hiring managers to stay within Client’s budgets.
- Work closely as a team with dedicated Technical Recruiters on the top talent available for Staff Augmentation needs and Project Managers for the delivery of Solutions.
- Manage consultants on the client site to ensure job performance is above satisfaction.
